Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Position Overview: To work with the sales team and manufacturing plant to efficiently and accurately process, invoice and ship orders to our customers.
Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy
Prepare documents such as work orders, invoices, bills of lading, or shipping orders to route materials
Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter
Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting accounting and recordkeeping purposes
Deliver or route materials to departments
Evaluate and prepare incoming products to fulfill orders. These products will be small coils and lengths of wire and sheet, casting grain, and tubing
Pick and pull stock items similar to the above from our inventoried product line.
Stage and organize orders efficiently from both inventoried stock and made to order product.
Work with our manufacturing team by sending out and receiving incoming jobs from the production departments.
Work with the order fulfillment team to make sure that all standard items are kept in stock.
Required ? High School Diploma and/or G.E.D.
Required ? minimum of two (2) years documented experience in shipping & receiving/fulfillment
Basic knowledge of arithmetic, weights, and measures
Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential
The ability to use order filling software
Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs with heavy lifting, stooping and handling of materials
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and advantage
Starting Hourly Rate: $14.00
